2. Free Returns

Eligible returns requested within the 30-day return period qualify for free return shipping.

To begin a return, email ground.liters.6j@icloud.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request. For damaged or incorrect items, please include photographs where available.

Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions. Please obtain return instructions before sending an item back.

No return shipping fee will be charged for an approved return covered by this policy.

3. Refunds and Processing Times

After we receive and inspect a returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds generally appear in your account within 3–7 business days after processing. The exact posting time depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Approved claims covered by this section will not incur additional return shipping charges.

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to cancel orders that have not entered fulfillment or shipping.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may request a return under this policy, subject to applicable law.

If a cancellation is approved after payment has been collected, any refund due will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Shipping Fees and Taxes

Orders with a merchandise subtotal greater than US$30 qualify for free standard shipping, subject to destination eligibility and the terms displayed at checkout.

We provide free return shipping for eligible returns approved under this policy.

For destinations covered by our tax and duty arrangements, vividlyshop will cover applicable taxes and import duties so customers are not required to pay those covered charges separately upon delivery. If you are asked to pay a charge that our checkout terms state we cover, please contact us before paying where reasonably possible.

Tax and duty coverage depends on the applicable shipping arrangements and local law. We will not represent a destination as covered unless the necessary arrangements are in place.

7. Exchanges and Replacements

Exchange requests are subject to product availability. Contact us with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will discuss the available options with you.
